Thomas
Henry
Thomas J. Henry received, with honors, his Bachelor’s degree
from the University of Texas in El Paso. He then furthered his education
by receiving his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of
Law in 1988.
Mr. Henry started his law firm in 1993. The Law Offices of Thomas
J. Henry has grown tremendously over the years because of the dedicated
commitment to obtaining maximum compensation for his clients, in
addition to his everlasting commitment to the community in which
he lives. Mr. Henry has been trying cases since he became an attorney.
Mr. Henry has handled thousands of cases over the years and has
obtained numerous multi-million dollar recoveries. In the eighteen
years that Mr. Henry has been handling cases, he has been able to
successfully recover over one hundred million dollars. Mr. Henry
understands that families who have lost their loved ones in tragic
accidents, large trucking accidents, on the job or because of medical
errors, deserve aggressive representation.
Thomas J. Henry established himself as a Philanthropist in the
area early on in his legal career. Over the years he has demonstrated

Roger
Turk
Mr. Turk is a talented and experienced attorney. He has been with
the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry for ten years. Mr. Turk focuses
on all areas of personal injury litigation, including trucking accidents,
medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, industrial accidents, and
construction accidents. His experience in handling a diversity of
personal injury and accident cases has given him both depth and
breadth of expertise.
Mr. Turk has been involved in handling trials and cases with Mr.
Henry and has been a part of participating in the trials of multi-million
dollar cases and settlements.
Mr. Turk received his law degree from the Southern Methodist University
School of Law in 1993 after earning his Bachelor of Business Administration
in Accounting from Southwest Texas State in 1990. He has been licensed
to practice in Texas since 1993. He is also admitted to practice
in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. District
Court for the Western District of Texas.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Turk is Captain of Field Artillery
in the United States Army Reserve.

Mike
Henry
Mike Henry is a member of the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry, responsible
for a wide array of litigation and non-litigation matters. Thorough,
experienced, and completely dedicated to his clients, Mr. Henry
is known for the results he obtains.
Mr. Henry earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Corpus
Christi State University in 1985. Before going on to law school,
he spent ten years working as a manager in several different capacities.
From 1987-1995, he worked as the Director of Purchasing and Warehousing
for the City of Vero Beach in Florida. In 1995, Mr. Henry entered
the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He completed
his law degree in 1998. While in school, he won awards for both
trial advocacy and trial workshop.
Currently, Mr. Henry is licensed to practice in the state of Texas
and is a member of the American Bar Association. He has been with
the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry since 1997. He works on all types
of personal injury cases, especially automobile accidents, trucking
accidents, and mass tort litigation (including pharmaceuticals,
defective medical equipment, etc.). Mr. Henry's other responsibilities
include acting as liaison between the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry
and other firms.

George
DeVera
George DeVera recently joined the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry
as an associate working in litigation. A long-time resident of Corpus
Christi, Mr. DeVera graduated from Mary Carroll High School in 1995
and proceeded to attend Austin College in Sherman, Texas, where
he earned a degree in Philosophy with Honors in 1999. During his
time at Austin College, Mr. DeVera worked extensively in community
service organizations.
Before attending law school, Mr. DeVera worked for two years as
a legal clerk with a well-sized firm in Dallas, Texas, where he
soon realized his calling. Shortly thereafter, Mr. DeVera was accepted
to Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas. While at Baylor, Mr. DeVera
participated in both trial advocacy and client counseling competitions.
He also clerked part-time with the Heart of Texas Legal Aid as well
as the ACLU of Texas. Additionally, the University recognized him
with the Charles S. Petty Award in Law and Medicine for receiving
top marks in the health care litigation class where he acquired
skills in litigating medical malpractice claims. Mr. DeVera graduated
from Baylor Law in August, 2004 and became licensed to practice
in the state of Texas in May 2005.
Mr. DeVera is an accomplished musician who sang in both high school
and college choirs before singing professionally with the Dallas
Symphony Chorus for two seasons. He currently sings with the Corpus
Christi Chorale. |

Warren M. Armstrong
Warren M. Armstrong joined the Law Offices of TJH in 2006 and handles a variety of personal injury cases within the law firm. Prior to joining the Law Offices of TJH, he practiced with a law firm in San Antonio, Texas where he represented homeowners in bad faith insurance claims against insurance companies.
Mr. Armstrong graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998, and later enrolled in St. Mary’s School of Law, where he graduated in 2005. During law school, Warren was a member of the St. Mary’s University School of Law External Advocacy Mock Trial Team which competed and excelled in numerous mock trial competitions throughout the country. His success in these competitions earned him an induction into the prestigious National Order of Barristers.
Mr .Armstrong is licensed to practice in Texas, and is a member of the National Order of Barristers, American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Texas Young Lawyers Association. |

Kevin
L. Cochran
Kevin Cochran began his practice of law in 1997 when he gained admission to the State Bar of Ohio while working full-time with the computerized legal research company, LEXIS-NEXIS. While employed at LEXIS, Mr. Cochran maintained an active practice which included pro bono trial work and drafting and administering contracts for a corporate client.
Kevin moved to Texas in 1999, admitted to the State Bar of Texas in May of 2000 and started practicing in Austin, Texas shortly thereafter. In 2004, he started his own practice in Bastrop, Texas representing clients in a variety of different legal areas, and this year began working for the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry.
Mr. Cochran practices law instinctively and with compassion for his clients. In the courtroom, his instincts for law, and his ability to assess the judge, the jury and opposing counsel’s attitudes and impressions have served him well. Mr. Cochran has represented numerous clients in contested hearings, mediation negotiation, and has served as first and second chair in trial courts as well as arbitration hearings before the American Arbitration Association and National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Cochran is or has handled cases filed in federal and state courts in Texas, as well as cases in the state courts of Ohio.
Kevin Cochran received his law degree from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 1996 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Engineering from the Ohio State University in 1991. He has been licensed to practice in Texas since 2000. He is also licensed to practice in Ohio and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
