• The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry have recently settled several personal injury cases including nursing home abuse and negligence and truck accident cases. We continue to work on numerous cases of these types which are currently set for trial in the upcoming year. Please continue to check in with us frequently so that we may update you on the status of our cases.

• In the past Thomas J. Henry has handled numerous nursing home cases regarding abuse and neglect. Currently the law firm is working on 20-30 nursing home cases. As of 8/4/05, the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry retained a new client. Although we have not mentioned the client's name we have attached photographs of an example of a bedsore that occurs as a result of abuse and neglect. In this case, we not only believe that the abuse and neglect occurred in a nursing home but also occurred in a hospital.

  The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry always encourage people to do a physical inspection of their loved ones while in a nursing home or in a hospital to ensure that their skin condition is being properly followed by healthcare professionals.
