Eligibility: The Prize Drawings ("Drawing") are open to all legal U.S. residents who are over the age of majority in the state in which they reside at the time of entry. Employees of The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: If eligible, you may enter by registering at www.thomasjhenrylaw.com. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE PRIZE DRAWING. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry. They will not be returned or acknowledged. The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete and illegible e-mails or entry materials, or for any computer-related, online, telephonic, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Prize: Twenty-Four (24) winners will each receive a prize.
Winner Selection: Starting daily on December 17, 2009, The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry will select three (3) people daily from all eligible entries as potential winners. The Drawing will be conducted at The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry's headquarters. The potential winners will be notified by their name being posted on the website of The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry. The odds of winning depend on how many entries The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry receives.
Winning entries may be subject to verification prior to award of prize. The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry and it's employees, representatives and agents will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. The prize needs to be picked up at The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry after the winner is announced. No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the potential winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Official Rules, or is ineligible, The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. If the selected winner does not come forward after 30 days from the date of selection the prize is forfeited and The Law Offices of Thomas J.
