Daniel R. Wilkinson joined the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry in August of 2009 and handles a variety of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability and medical malpractice. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry, he worked with a firm in Salt Lake City, Utah where he also handled many personal injury cases.

Mr. Wilkinson graduated from Utah State University in 2000 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Prelaw. While attending Utah State University, he was heavily involved in the Best Buddies program where he was able to serve as the Activities Co-Chair. In 2001, Mr. Wilkinson moved to Houston, Texas and enrolled in South Texas College of Law. While at South Texas College of Law, he participated in mock trial and moot court competitions. He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2004 and became licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2005. In February 2008, Mr. Wilkinson became licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and United States District Court, District of Utah.

Mr. Wilkinson is happily married to Trina Wilkinson.
